Manager and the Law
Learn the basics of employment law on hiring, firing, discrimination, and other issues. An understanding of the law will help you do things right and avoid expensive litigation.

Finance for the Non-Financial Manager
In this powerful seminar, you will learn to comprehend and analyze financial information and use it to make decisions, forecast needs, and evaluate programs.

Managing Your Employees
As a leader, you are a critical part of the management team responsible for getting operational level employees to carry out the plans and policies set by executive management. You plan, organize, motivate, direct and control the work of non-managerial employees. This course will discuss how organizations are developed, and how to staff your organization, delegate authority and assign responsibility.

Effective Business Communications
This class explores the importance of your audience, your message, and how to communicate effectively with peers, subordinates and executives each and every time.

Performance Appraisal Systems
Performance appraisal uses evaluation and feedback to identify performance gaps and facilitate improvement. You will look at the role of performance appraisal in the human resource management process, performance design, and potential problems.

Operations Management Seminar (OMS)
The Operations Management Seminar (OMS) includes a series of both online and in classroom seminars. The seminar topics include FTA procurement best practices, FAC 14-90, substance abuse management, negotiating skills, planning/scheduling, customer service and operational related safety and security issues, etc. This is a required course for all Operations Managers/Supervisors and other key personnel.

Maintenance Management Seminar (MMS)
The Maintenance Management Seminar (MMS) includes a series of both online and in classroom seminars. The seminar topics include performance measurements, maintenance scheduling/planning, capital planning, roadcall analysis, trend analysis, etc. This is a required course for all Maintenance Managers/Supervisors and other key personnel.

Administrative Management Seminar (AMS)
The Administrative Management Seminar (AMS) includes a series of both online and in classroom seminars. The seminar topics include delegating, resolving conflicts, customer service excellence, managing complaints, supporting change, improving work habits, communicating up the chain of command, developing and coaching others, effective project management, developing performance goals and standards, and stopping sexual harassment. This is a required course for all Administrative Managers/Supervisors and other key personnel.

Coaching and Mentoring
Learn how you can help your subordinates adapt to change, acquire new skills, and improve their performance. Understand and apply the coaching and mentoring model.

Understanding Yourself and Others: One Key to Effective Leadership and Supervision
You will learn about your personal style and preferences and how they affect your ability to supervise, lead, and communicate with others. You will take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and have your style and preferences analyzed and interpreted. The MBTI will provide a straightforward and affirmative path to self-awareness and an understanding of your strengths and challenges.
